New Lawyers to be Sworn-In October 20th

Congratulations to Kentucky’s (soon-to-be) newest lawyers! New lawyers will be sworn in at the Capitol on Friday, October 20th. If you have a new lawyer joining your firm, be sure to fill out the online form, here. Reach out to Courtney Risk if you have any questions.

New Procedure for Rule Amendments

The Supreme Court of Kentucky has adopted Administrative Order 2023-32, Guidelines for Submission and Review of Proposed Rule Amendments. The Order establishes a timeline for consideration of the various rules on a rotating basis, with some amendments considered in even numbered years and others considered in odd numbered years.
