ABA Health Law Section allowed our members to participate in their wellness sessions scheduled on:
January 7 – Breath & Meditation, January 14 - Stretching & Moving at your Desk & January 21 – AM/PM Breath & Movement Practice.

Free CLE webinar, Neuroscience, Sleep, and Well-Being
Tuesday, January 19th from 2:00-3:15 p.m., EST, via Zoom. This program is also offered as an On-Demand program for members to view at their leisure. Over 700 members registered for the live session.
Mindfulness Trainings by Jackie Hanson from UK using KORU method
Every Tuesday in February at Noon via Zoom. At least 176 members signed up to participate. The program was capped at 100 and she expanded it to 200 participants.

Tuesday, February 26th at 12:00 p.m., EST. This program is also offered as an On-Demand program for members to watch who could not attend the live session. Over 650 members registered.

Wednesday, March 31st at 12:00 p.m., EDT. This program will also be offered as an On-Demand program for members to watch who cannot attend the live session.

Mental Health Collaboration Group
The Mental Health Collaboration Group presented a free CLE program on Friday, February 12th at 11:00 a.m., EST, titled, “What Every Attorney Needs to Know about Depression, Anxiety, and Suicide.” It is also posted as an On-Demand program on the website.
This group also presented, “QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training,” as a live session on February 18th at 11:00 a.m., EDT. It was offered as free CLE. Due to technical difficulties, the program will be offered seven times throughout March and April. All seven sessions were approved for 1.0 of free CLE.
