Please note that effective July 15, 2009 the Kentucky Supreme Court promulgated an extensive revision of the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct. Newsletters predating this revision that cite the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct must be cross-checked with the 2009 Rules for changes that could alter the information included in the newsletter or article.
